Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a deposit, or accessing any game or service on the 77lj platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and 77lj.

Your continued use of the 77lj platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 77lj recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the 77lj platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations applicable to casino-style gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gaming platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 77lj or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or software suppliers.
• You must not be a person who has voluntarily self-excluded from the 77lj platform or any affiliated gaming operator, or who has been excluded from gaming by order of a relevant regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Philippine law.

77lj reserves the right to request documentation verifying your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. All funds in an ineligible account are subject to forfeiture where required by law or regulatory obligation.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each player is permitted to register and maintain one (1) account on the 77lj platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or personal details — is strictly prohibited.

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 77lj shall not be held liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77lj login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Not disclose your 77lj login credentials to any third party.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your 77lj account.
• Notify 77lj customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

77lj shall not be responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access arises from your failure to maintain the security of your 77lj login credentials.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal or in response to regulatory requirements, 77lj will conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (such as a UMID, Driver's License, Passport, or PhilHealth ID) and proof of address. 77lj may additionally request proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may have withdrawal access restricted.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits: 77lj accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, Maya/PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, PesoNet, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50, unless otherwise specified per payment method. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. Withdrawals may only be directed to payment accounts held in the same name as the registered 77lj account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours, subject to completed KYC verification and no pending bonus wagering obligations.

Currency: All balances, transactions, and promotional amounts on 77lj are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 77lj does not charge conversion fees for PHP transactions. Players depositing via USDT TRC20 should be aware that conversion rates apply at the time of deposit.

77lj does not accept third-party payments. Any deposit originating from a payment account not held in your name will be reversed and the associated funds returned to the source, less any processing fees incurred.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

77lj may offer promotional bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered. The following general bonus conditions apply to all 77lj promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting), and expiry periods are specified per promotion.
• 77lj reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, cancel a bonus credited to your account, or void winnings generated from bonus funds if it suspects abuse, collusion, or any violation of these Terms.
• Players who request a withdrawal before completing applicable wagering requirements will have their bonus balance forfeited. Only the remaining real-money balance at the time of the withdrawal request will be processed.
• Multiple account holders participating in a promotion will have all associated accounts investigated and may have bonuses withheld.
• 77lj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Gameplay and Fair Play

All games available on the 77lj platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories. Game Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published by the respective game providers. 77lj does not alter or influence game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 77lj will take all reasonable steps to resolve the issue fairly. However, 77lj reserves the right to declare bets void where a technical failure has materially affected the integrity of the game round. 77lj's decision in such matters shall be final, subject to any applicable regulatory appeal process.

For live casino games, the rules and procedures conducted by live dealers are governed by the respective game provider's terms. For sports betting, results are determined in accordance with official outcomes and the applicable sportsbook rules published by 77lj's sports betting provider.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77lj platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or maintaining more than one account, whether personally or through nominees.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device that interferes with normal gameplay or gains an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or obtain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, loopholes, or errors in a way that generates winnings inconsistent with normal gameplay.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider on deposits made to 77lj.
• Using the 77lj platform in connection with any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal offense under Philippine law.
• Accessing the 77lj platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

8 Responsible Gaming

77lj is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that for some players, gaming can become problematic, and we take our obligation to provide support tools seriously. The following responsible gaming features are available to all 77lj account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts to control spending.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 77lj platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, and trademarks — is the property of 77lj or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the 77lj platform without the express prior written consent of 77lj.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 77lj, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the 77lj platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or system errors beyond 77lj's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your 77lj login credentials.
• Decisions made based on inaccurate game information, odds, or statistics displayed due to technical errors.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, Maya, or local banks.

In no event shall 77lj's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The 77lj platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12 Termination and Account Closure

Closure by Player: You may close your 77lj account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any available real-money balance. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Closure by 77lj: 77lj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• Risk management decisions at 77lj's discretion.

Upon account closure by 77lj for reasons of breach or prohibited conduct, any remaining balance may be retained or forfeited in accordance with applicable law and regulatory requirements. For account closures not related to player misconduct, available real-money balances will be returned to the verified payment method on file.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 77lj platform, you agree to first contact 77lj's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. 77lj will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 calendar days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. Players who are subject to PAGCOR's regulatory oversight may also have access to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms.

14 Amendments to These Terms

77lj reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the 77lj platform prior to the effective date of such changes.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the 77lj platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any modified Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
